Lisa Vogel-Tolstoï
I am a motivated contemporary media and arts graduate looking for the opportunity to build upon my experience in the arts and media industries. Thanks to internships in fast-paced environments, I have developed strong communication skills and came to enjoy working in challenging and creative organisations. I am good at finding innovative solutions and enjoy it very much. I am very eager to have the opportunity to learn while contributing my skills and original eye on things.
For the past four years I have been in London and I have recently graduated with a First Class Honours from the University of Westminster in 'BA(Hons) Contemporary Media Practice'. It was a broad course that covers diverse practical and theoretical disciplines such as photography, film, installations and new media. Therefore, I can proudly consider myself as a mutli-practicioner.
In addition to my academic achievements I have significant work experience within the media and arts industry both in the UK and France. This includes carrying out internships for Sony Music (music video sets), M6 Television (France), Grey London (The Social Partners), Dachis Group (now known as PostShift), Öffbeat Network as well as for the NHS as a workshop artist. I also had the opportunity to organise my course's end of year exhibition last June as well as producing a great performative installation piece for it. From this I have managed to develop and expand my creativity and knowledge for the Visual Media and Communication industry. I am an organized hard working individual with a good initiative and I can work well as part of a team or independently.
